Warranty/Returns Policy

Make sure the product is returned in its original packaging and product is identified as our supply.

Buyer should pack the products properly to avoid any damage during transportation.

10% Handling/Restocking charge wil apply for unused returns.

20% Restocking fee will apply for unused goods returned after 30 days.

Credits or replacements for products that are received physically damaged will only be accepted if we are notified within 3 Days of receiving goods.

Please check all orders received carefully upon delivery, and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


1 Pack follow RMA proceedure carefully and return to our warehouse address below make sure to include RMA number. (please ensure item is tracked, as we do not accept responsibility for lost returns)

2 Returned goods will be replaced or credited to your account within 10 working days of return. (note: replacement may not be applicable if COG changes)

3 To use a credit note then select PurchaseOrder as payment method when checking out on your next order. If your credit note amount exceeds the next order amount then we will contact you for payment method of balance.

4 Items that are covered under waranty, wil be replaced or credited at current website prices.

Toners - 6 months

Inks - 3 months

HDD Drives - 12 months

Chargers - 6 months

SSD Drives - 3 Years

Batteries - 3 Months

Parts - 3 Months , except where stated, (direct manufacturer warrranty etc.).

Pre Tested iPhone LCD's - 6 Months warranty.

Samsung Original LCD's - Please note that these are to be tested before fitting, if fitted and a problem occurs, the LCD and handset will need to be sent to a Samsung service cenre, ie: Fone Nua.
